Covey (hamstring) is practicing Sunday, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Covey's hamstring issue has held him back for a couple of weeks now. His return comes at a good time with final cuts due Tuesday as teams set their 53-man rosters. The Utah product operated as the team's return man last season, and he'll continue to work to earn that role again in 2023.
