Comes up big versus Chicago
Hutchinson logged six tackles (two solo), with a sack, and a forced fumble during Sunday's 31-26 win versus the Bears.
Hutchinson came up big for the Lions on Sunday, as he sacked Justin Fields late in the fourth quarter and forced a fumble that ended up going out the back of Chicago's end zone for the game-clinching safety. The second-year pro now has 32 tackles (20 solo), including 5.5 sacks, and an interception through 10 games this season.

Big day in win
Hutchinson registered three tackles (three solo) including a sack and an interception during Sunday's 42-24 win against the Panthers.
Hutchinson was dominant once again for the Lions and has now logged 4.5 sacks over the past three games. The 2022 first-round pick snatched what is already the fourth interception of his young career and is now on pace to finish with double-digit sacks for the first time.
Has 3.5 sacks in last two games
Hutchinson recorded 1.5 sacks among his three quarterback hits in Thursday's 34-20 win over the Packers.
After failing to notch a sack in the first two games of the season, Hutchinson has heated up with 3.5 sacks over the past two games. The second overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft has been a key contributor for a Detroit team that finds itself in unfamiliar territory, alone atop the NFC North standings at 3-1.
Disruptive on defense Week 3
Hutchinson notched four tackles (three solo), including two sacks, and added a forced fumble (which he recovered himself) along with two pass defenses in Sunday's 20-6 Week 3 win over Atlanta.
Hutchinson was particularly impactful in the second half, twice sacking Falcons quarterback Desmond Ridder. His second takedown came just before the two-minute warning and resulted in a Ridder fumble, which Hutchinson recovered himself to end any hopes of an Atlanta comeback. The sacks were the first two of campaign for Hutchinson, who notched 9.5 sacks as a rookie last season.
Six pressures in season opener
Hutchinson had four tackles (three solo) and three quarterback hits in Thursday's 21-20 win over Kansas City.
Hutchinson's box score stats in the season opener didn't jump off the page, but he wreaked havoc all night and consistently flushed Patrick Mahomes out of the pocket. Per Ed Werder of ESPN, Hutchinson's career-high six quarterback pressures Thursday tied for the most by a Lions player since 2020. Those pressures will likely start turning into sacks against inferior offensive lines and less mobile quarterbacks for the second overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, who had 9.5 sacks as a rookie.
Impressive rookie year
Hutchinson registered 52 tackles, 9.5 sacks, three interceptions and two fumble recoveries over 17 games in 2022.
It took the No. 2 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft just two weeks into his rookie season to post a breakout game with three sacks in Week 2 against Washington. By season's end, Hutchinson led all rookies with 53 total pressures and nearly 10 sacks while also making history for his position with three picks. While the Detroit defense still needs a few pieces to become a formidable unit, the sky seems to be the limit for Hutchinson as he enters his age-23 season in 2023.
Does it all
Hutchinson recorded two tackles, a half-sack, one interception and one fumble recovery during Sunday's 41-10 win over the Bears.
Hutchinson put together an impressive performance en route to making history as the first player to ever have at least seven sacks and three interceptions in the same season (or at least since sacks were first tracked in 1982). The reigning No. 2 overall pick in the NFL Draft will look to finalize his bid for Defensive Rookie of the Year in a Week 18 showdown against the Packers.
