The Bills re-signed Lewis to a one-year contract Monday.
Lewis is now slated to remain in Buffalo through at least the 2023 season following Monday's agreement. The 25-year-old has primarily operated as a depth piece within the Bills' secondary over the previous three campaigns, though he posted a career-high 21 tackles across 15 appearances last year.
