Subdued day in Week 12 win
Kupp brought in three of five targets for 18 yards in the Rams' 37-14 win over the Cardinals on Sunday.
Kupp was able to come into the day free of an injury designation after overcoming his Week 11 ankle sprain, and although he appeared to be dinged up briefly early in Sunday's contest, he returned and handled a normal workload. However, the majority of the production through the air came via the unlikely duo of Kyren Williams and Tyler Higbee, who accounted for all four of Matthew Stafford's touchdown tosses. Kupp's numbers thus far have been underwhelming, but he'll draw an intriguing home matchup in Week 13 against a Browns defense that's been much more generous against the pass on the road.

Avoids Week 12 injury designation
Kupp (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Cardinals after he was a full participant in Friday's practice, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.
Head coach Sean McVay said earlier Friday that Kupp was on track to suit up this weekend, but it wasn't known until after the Rams concluded their final practice of the week whether or not the wideout would carry a designation into Sunday. Evidently, Kupp assuaged any concerns about the health of his right ankle during the practice session, and he should head into the Week 12 game without any restrictions. In the five full contests he's played this season -- Kupp left early in the Week 11 win over the Seahawks and didn't return due to the lateral ankle sprain -- the 30-year-old receiver has produced a 23-364-1 receiving line on 45 targets.
Slated to play Sunday
Rams head coach Sean McVay said Friday that Kupp (ankle) will be available for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Since the Rams have yet to complete their final Week 12 practice Friday, it's not yet clear if Kupp will be listed as questionable heading into Sunday, or if he'll avoid a designation. Either way, McVay's comments indicate that Kupp will be ready to go come Sunday, when the wideout will return to action after exiting early in the Rams' Week 11 win over the Seahawks with a right low-ankle sprain. Though Kupp may be operating at somewhere less than 100 percent health against Arizona, his track record of being a high-volume target for quarterback Matthew Stafford should make fantasy managers comfortable enough with keeping the 30-year-old receiver in fantasy lineups.
Gets back to limited Thursday
Kupp (ankle) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
Kupp suffered a low right-ankle sprain this past Sunday versus the Seahawks, and he didn't log any on-field work to kick off Week 12 prep. His return to drills Thursday may have been a test to see how his ankle holds up, meaning his listing on Friday's practice report should be telling for his availability ahead of Sunday's game at Arizona. Meanwhile, fellow wide receiver Puka Nacua (shoulder) followed up Wednesday's capped session with all activity one day later, so it appears the Rams should have at least one of their top two wide receivers for Week 12 action.
In line to practice Thursday
Kupp (ankle) is slated to practice Thursday, Dianna Russini of The Athletic reports.
Kupp didn't return to this past Sunday's win against the Seahawks after suffering what eventually diagnosed as a low right-ankle sprain in the second quarter. He was unable to practice Wednesday, so his expected return to the field one day later seemingly is a good sign as the Rams make their way through Week 12 prep. Thursday's injury report will reveal Kupp's activity level.
Sitting out first Week 12 practice
Rams head coach Sean McVay said Kupp (ankle) won't participate in Wednesday's practice, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Though Kupp is considered day-to-day with what has been reported as a right low-ankle sprain, McVay said Monday that he's hopeful the veteran wideout won't miss any game action, according to Greg Beacham of the Associated Press reports. With an absence from practice Wednesday, Kupp isn't starting Week 12 prep off on the right foot, but he'll have two more chances to potentially log some on-field activity and put himself in a position to play Sunday against the Cardinals. Before tweaking his ankle in this past Sunday's win over the Seahawks, Kupp missed the Rams' first four games of the season with a hamstring injury.
Has chance to miss no game action
Coach Sean McVay said Monday that Kupp (ankle) has a chance to play in Sunday's game at Arizona, Greg Beacham of the Associated Press reports.
Kupp departed in the second quarter of this past Sunday's win against the Seahawks and eventually was diagnosed with a low right-ankle sprain. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported earlier Monday that Kupp was considered day-to-day, wording that was mimicked by McVay. There's a high likelihood that Kupp will operate with practice restrictions this week, with his listing on Friday's injury report telling for his potential to suit up Week 12.
Viewed as day-to-day
Kupp is considered day-to-day after suffering a right low-ankle sprain in Sunday's 17-16 win over the Seahawks, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Kupp has a history of ankle issues, but his reported diagnosis of a low-ankle sprain has to be considered good news in the grand scheme of things. He was injured early in the Week 11 win and was unable to return to the contest, despite being spotted on the sideline in uniform testing out the ankle. The Rams will exercise caution this week in determining Kupp's status for next Sunday's game in Arizona, but the wideout looks to have a realistic shot at playing.
Nursing low-ankle sprain
Kupp (ankle) suffered a low-ankle sprain during Sunday's 17-16 win over the Seahawks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Kupp reportedly tried to re-enter Sunday's contest after initially injuring his ankle, and the fact that he didn't suffer a high-ankle sprain could mean he will avoid a long-term recovery timetable. The injury does, however, make the veteran wideout's chances of playing Week 12 versus the Cardinals murky at best. Kupp has now gone four consecutive games without scoring or surpassing 50 receiving yards. If he's forced to miss any time, Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell will operate as the Rams' top wide receivers.
