After getting waived Wednesday, Wright is staying in Carolina via its practice squad, Darin Gantt of the team's official website reports.
Wright went unclaimed off waivers, which allowed him to stay in Carolina. The 25-year-old spent 2022 on the Panthers' practice squad, and he is looking at a similar possibility this year. However, he will continue to work at practice and attempt to make an impression.
