The starting center suffered the injury in the first half. Dalman and starting right tackle Kaleb McGary have both been ruled out for Atlanta after first-half injuries. Ryan Neuzil is Dalman's backup.
Questionable to return Sunday
Dalman (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
The center is the second starting lineman to go down in the first half for the Falcons, along with starting right tackle Kaleb McGary. Ryan Neuzil is Dalman's backup.
Back on the field
Dalman has now recovered from an ankle injury.
Dalman suffered an ankle injury during Week 17 of last season but was back on the field for the start of Atlanta's training camp. The 25-year-old will now look to help anchor the team's offensive line and open up holes for Bijan Robinson once the regular season begins.
Missing Week 18
Dalman (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Saints.
Dalman was held out of practice all week after sustaining an ankle injury in the Falcons' Week 17 loss to the Bears, so it's no surprise that he'll be inactive in Week 18. Ryan Neuzil is expected to assume Atlanta's starting center duties in Dalman's stead.
Exits game with ankle injury
Dalman (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Bears, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
With Dalman on the sidelines, Ryan Neuzil has taken over at center for the Falcons.
Good to go versus Chicago
Dalman (ankle) will play Sunday against the Bears.
Atlanta's center logged a pair of limited practices Wednesday and Thursday but was upgraded to full Friday and will snap the ball against Chicago. Dalman had missed two of the previous three games.
Returns to action
Dalman (ankle) is active Sunday against the Panthers.
Dalman missed Week 14 against the Buccaneers, but the third-year center will return for Week 15. He should draw the start at center for the Falcons.
Missing Week 14
Dalman (ankle) is inactive ahead of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
Dalman seemed to be trending in the right direction to play this weekend, as he was able to log limited practice sessions both Thursday and Friday after recording a DNP on Wednesday, but it now seems as if the 25-year-old won't be able to suit up in Week 14. Ryan Neuzil is expected to get the start at center in Dalman's stead.
