Held to 15 yards
Thomas caught two of four targets for 15 yards in Thursday's 45-10 loss to Dallas.
This was Thomas' second-worst fantasy performance in 11 appearances this year, following five straight games with at least four catches and 31 yards. He's now averaging 4.1 receptions for 38.5 yards and 0.27 TDs on 5.6 targets, heading into a Week 13 home game against the Dolphins.

Tallies 58 yards
Thomas recorded five receptions on eight targets for 58 yards in Sunday's 31-19 loss to the Giants. He also lost a fumble.
Thomas tied for second on the team in receptions with Terry McLaurin. He made good use of the opportunity by topping 50 receiving yards for the third time this season, due in large part to a 29-yard reception late in the first quarter. However, Thomas also contributed to some of the team's misfortune on the scoreboard, as his fumble led directly to a Giants touchdown. In addition, all three of his uncaught targets were intercepted. Despite those miscues, Thomas should remain a key part of the offense in Week 12 against Dallas, as he has seen at least five targets in five consecutive games.
Efficient day at the office
Thomas hauled in all five of his targets for 40 yards in Sunday's 29-26 loss to Seattle.
Thomas continued his solid play as the Commanders' starter this season with his sixth game recording 40 or more yards through 10 weeks this season. The veteran tight end surpassed the 311 receiving yards he logged over 14 games with Washington last season, accomplishing the personal feat in five fewer games. Second-year starter Sam Howell has begun heating up after an incosistent start to the year, which has boosted Thomas' fringe fantasy value heading into next Sunday's matchup against the Giants.
Hauls in four passes
Thomas caught four of six targets for 31 yards in Sunday's 20-17 win at New England.
It was Thomas' third straight game with at least six targets and four catches, following a one-target outing Week 6 at Atlanta. His overall averages of 4.1 catches for 38.9 yards per game at least keep him on the map as a streaming option of bye-week replacement ahead of a Week 10 contest in Seattle.
Logs full practice Thursday
Thomas (heel) was a full practice participant Thursday.
One day removed from having a cap on his reps due to a heel injury Wednesday, Thomas was able to handle all on-field work. He's thus on pace to face a Patriots defense Sunday that has conceded the 10th-most yards per targets (7.7) to opposing tight ends this season.
Tending to heel issue
Thomas was limited in practice Wednesday due to a heel injury.
Thomas sat out Week 3 with a concussion, but he's otherwise been available to the Commanders offense this season, posting at least 40 receiving yards five times and scoring three touchdowns in his seven appearances. His overall stat line sits at 29-280-3 on 40 targets near the midpoint of the campaign, but it's unclear if he'll be able to add to it Sunday in New England. The team's last two Week 9 practice reports will be telling for Thomas' upcoming availability.
Productive day in Week 8 loss
Thomas brought in six of eight targets for 44 yards and a touchdown in the Commanders' 38-31 loss to the Eagles on Sunday.
The veteran tight end had been somewhat quiet since his season-best 9-77-1 line in Week 5 against the Bears, but he was an important part of a career-best passing day for Sam Howell on Sunday. Thomas also found the end zone for the third time this season and first since the game against Chicago when he hauled in a seven-yard touchdown pass from Howell early in the fourth quarter. Thomas will next take aim at the Patriots' spotty pass defense in a Week 9 road matchup.
Four grabs in Sunday's loss
Thomas caught four of six targets for 51 yards in Sunday's 14-7 loss to the Giants.
The tight end produced his second-highest yardage total of the season on a day when Sam Howell was once again facing near-constant pressure. Thomas has been able to stay mostly healthy so far in 2023, missing only one game, and as a result he's on pace for his best season since his breakout 2020 campaign.
Targeted once
Thomas caught his lone target for a two-yard gain in Sunday's win over Atlanta.
Thomas saw at least three targets in each of his previous four games this year, including 11 the week before in a loss to Chicago. He should see multiple targets Week 7 against the Giants but isn't an especially trustworthy fantasy option even after a solid start to the season.
