Taylor reverted to the Jets' practice squad Monday.

Taylor played 10 snaps on offense and 13 on special and caught one of his two targets for six yards during the team's loss to Las Vegas on Sunday. With the 27-year-old now out of elevations, the Jets will have to sign him to the active roster in order for him to play again this season.

Two targets in Week 10

Taylor caught one of two targets for six yards in Sunday's 16-12 loss to the Raiders.

Taylor was elevated from the practice squad for the Week 10 loss, marking the third time he has been elevated. He has two catches across those three games. With Taylor out of elevations, the Jets will have to add the wide receiver to the active roster in order to use him again on game days this season.

Taylor was lifted from the practice squad to the active roster by the Jets on Saturday.

The wide receiver was also elevated for the team's Week 9 game against the Chargers. In two appearances this season, Taylor has one catch for seven yards on two targets.

Going back to practice squad

Taylor reverted to the Jets' practice squad Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

In his second appearance this season Monday, Taylor turned two targets into one catch for seven yards. Zach Wilson and the Jets' passing offense have been dreadful through eight games this season, so any Jets pass catcher not named Garrett Wilson has essentially been radioactive for the purposes of fantasy.

One catch in Week 9 loss

Taylor caught one of two targets for seven yards in Monday's 27-6 loss to the Chargers.

Taylor was elevated from the practice squad for a second consecutive game and saw more involvement than he did in Week 8 against the Giants. The target he didn't catch was a deep ball on which Taylor failed to locate the football. New York's lack of depth at wide receiver could lead to more opportunities for Taylor moving forward, but he's unlikely to move the needle in fantasy.

Gets elevated for Week 9

The Jets elevated Taylor from their practice squad for Monday's game versus the Chargers, Ethan Greenberg of the Jets' official site reports.

Taylor was called up for the second straight game Monday. In Week 8 at the Giants, he did not draw a target in 22 offensive snaps.

Reverts to practice squad

Taylor reverted to the Jets' practice squad Monday.

Taylor was called up with both Randall Cobb (shoulder) and Irvin Charles (shoulder) out and played 23 snaps on offense. The 27-year-old didn't record any stats but managed to draw a defensive pass interference penalty and could be elevated again next week versus the Chargers if either Cobb or Charles is out again.

Moves up from practice squad

The Jets elevated Taylor to the active roster Saturday.

Taylor joined the Jets' practice squad on Sept. 12 after being cut by the team ahead of the 53-man roster deadline at the end of training camp. He last played for the Packers in 2021 and was mostly utilized on special teams over 10 games that season. He could see some playing time Sunday against the Giants on special teams and potentially as a depth wide receiver with Randall Cobb (shoulder) and Irvin Charles (shoulder) both dealing with injuries.
