Gets look at new position
Harry has gotten work at tight end during OTAs, Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com reports.
Harry has struggled to find his footing in the NFL since being selected in the first round of the 2019 Draft by the Patriots. Standing 6-4 and 225 pounds, the 26-year-old arguably has the size of the position, and the shift could help him find the potential he was drafted for in the league.

Sticking around Minnesota
Harry signed a reserve/future contract with the Vikings on Monday, Craig Peters of the team's official website reports.
Harry joined the Vikings' practice squad ahead of the 2023 campaign, failing to record a catch while appearing in nine games with the team during the year. The wide receiver will now look to crack their initial 53-man roster ahead of the 2024 season.
Back with Minnesota
Harry signed with the Vikings' practice squad Monday.
Harry was waived by the team Tuesday when they activated Justin Jefferson (hamstring) from injured reserve. The 2019 first-round selection has appeared in nine games for Minnesota this season, but has seen only 20 snaps on offense and never saw a target. He'll likely need another injury in the Vikings' receiving corps to get another chance with the active roster.
Waived by Minnesota
The Vikings waived Harry on Tuesday.
With Justin Jefferson (hamstring) activated from injured reserve Tuesday and due back following the Vikings' Week 13 bye, Harry was no longer needed. In nine games with Minnesota, Harry played 23 offensive snaps and another 49 on special teams. He didn't earn a single pass-game target.
Joins Minnesota's roster
Harry was signed to Minnesota's 53-man roster from the practice squad Wednesday, Craig Peters of the Vikings' official site reports.
Harry and Trishton Jackson were both added to the roster to provide additional depth in a receiving corps that will be without superstar Justin Jefferson (hamstring) for at least four weeks following Jefferson's placement on injured reserve Wednesday. Jordan Addison and K.J. Osborn will work as the team's top two wide receivers, while Harry's unlikely to make significant contributions given his modest career average of 17 receiving yards per game across 42 NFL appearances.
Moved back to practice squad
Minnesota reverted Harry to its practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Harry was elevated to the active roster each of the past two weeks, with most of his work coming on special teams, though he did get one offensive snap Week 5 against Kansas City. There could be an opportunity for the former Patriot and Bear to be elevated again Week 6 and potentially see more work if Justin Jefferson (hamstring) is unable to play, though he'd presumably still be looking at minimal snaps behind at least K.J. Osborn, Jordan Addison and Brandon Powell.
Elevated for Sunday
Harry has been elevated to Minnesota's 53-man roster ahead of Sunday's game against Kansas City, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.
The 2019 first-round pick out of Arizona State was moved from the Vikings' practice squad to their active roster for the second week in a row. Expect Harry to play strictly on special teams, as he played six total snaps last week (none of which came on offense).
Returns to practice squad
Harry reverted to the Vikings' practice squad Monday.
Harry played six special teams snaps during the team's 21-13 win against the Panthers on Sunday. The 2019 first-round pick will return to the practice squad and wait for another opportunity to be elevated for a game.
Joins active roster
Harry was elevated to the Vikings' active roster Saturday, James Palmer of NFL Network reports.
Harry joined the Vikings' practice squad on Sept. 4 after being let go by the team two weeks prior. He'll struggle to find snaps on offense as he fills in as a depth wide receiver behind Justin Jefferson, K.J. Osborn and Jordan Addison.
