Good to go vs. Saints
Gary (knee) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game versus New Orleans, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
As suspected, Gary's limitations at practice over the week were mostly precautionary, and he'll play in Week 3. He'll look to make life difficult for Derek Carr on Sunday across from Preston Smith.

Logs limited practice Wednesday
Gary (knee) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Kassidy Hill of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Gary played more snaps in Week 2 (22) than in Week 1 (11), so it's possible his being held out of some drills is purely precautionary. He'll get two more chances to register a full practice before Green Bay's final injury report Friday.
Cleared to play Week 2
Gary (knee) doesn't have a designation ahead of Sunday's Week 2 game against the Falcons.
Gary was limited in his Week 1 return from ACL surgery, seeing just 11 defensive snaps, and we should expect the Packers to continue to slowly up his playing time in the coming weeks. Preston Smith and Kingsley Enagbare started at outside linebacker last week against the Bears.
Still easing back in
Gary (knee) was listed as a limited participant during practice on Wednesday's injury report, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.
Wood was limited Week 1 in his return from a torn ACL and played just 11 snaps on defense against the Bears. As for whether he'll remain limited Sunday against the Falcons, according to Wood, Matt LaFleur stated, "We'll see. We're still going to be smart with him. We have a long road in front of us."
Sees action Sunday
Gary played 12 snaps in Sunday's 38-20 victory over the Bears.
Gary did not make a mark in the box score, but he did take the field for the first time since tearing his ACL last December. Gary is Green Bay's top pass rusher and will undoubtedly see his playing time pick up as the season wears on.
Looks good for Sunday
Gary (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's contest in Chicago, Wes Hodklewicz of the Packers' official site reports.
Gary tore his ACL during Green Bay's 2022 Week 9 loss to the Lions. The 25-year-old was a limited participant in Packers' practice this week, but it seems as if he'll be good-to-go for Week 1. In his nine games last season, Gary recorded 32 tackles, six sacks and one forced fumble.
Limited in practice
Gary (knee) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday.
Gary's status for Week 1 is still up in the air as he is still working his way back from a torn ACL suffered last November. While head coach Matt LaFleur has already announced that the 2019 first-round pick will be playing on a pitch count for the start of the season, as the team looks to conserve their top pass rusher's health for later in the season.
Limited to start year
Head coach Matt LaFleur indicated Wednesday that Gary will be on a "pitch count" to start the year, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
No surprise here, as Gary is returning relatively quickly from last November's ACL tear. The fact that he is even ready to play in the opener in Chicago is great news for the Packers, as the 25-year-old is one of the linchpins of the team's defense. It remains to be seen what type of snap count he will see in Week 1.
Set to miss preseason finale
Gary will not play Saturday against the Seahawks, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official sitereports.
Gary has missed time during camp with a knee injury, but he returned and participated in team drills Tuesday. With an eye toward having the Michigan product ready Week 1 against the Bears, it appears the team will take a cautious approach with their 2019 first-round selection.
